Let me just begin with the fact of how nice this crew is and how respectful they are of their customers and their homes! My floors were ruined due to a hurricane and needed all them replaced. I reached out to Henry and his crew about installing new floors. They responded very quickly, did the measurements and I picked out my floors. The crew came on a Thursday morning, and were finished by Friday evening!
They responded promptly to all inquiries, quickly got us scheduled and the job complete. The crews were friendly, professional and did a great job. We had a minor issue and they come out and took care of it immediately.

Henry Jr. came out to measure and give an estimate the day I contacted them and the rest of it moved along incredibly fast. I had my new floors in a couple of days! Tucker and Henry Jr. installed and were very professional, polite, and thorough.

Seaside flooring was outstanding when we used their services to replace carpet in a couple rooms of our home with engineered hardwood. I am very happy with the service and how easy it was to work with Seaside Flooring. For 3 weeks I have called 6 flooring companies for a carpet repair and baseboard trim work. For 3 weeks I experienced the “run-around” from 6 flooring companies with promises of a quote, a return call, to fixing my repair months from now. I called Seaside Flooring and sent pictures of the needed repair. Within minutes received a quote and a repair crew member came by the same afternoon. Carpet repaired!! I’m impressed. Any questions I had, anything extra I wanted in the moment ( I wanted hearth taken out in front of the fireplace) and with no hesitation they did it. I am so pleased with my floors and I absolutely would recommend this company to anyone wanting to update or refinish their floors! Thank you again seaside!!

First I want to say for 95% of the job, the owner Henry was a pleasure to work with. He worked with me on price and payment to fit what was best for my situation and for the quality of materials they provide it's the best price in town and I got 3 other quotes to compare. They were able to get me in earlier than expected with in stock material while other companies were 2-3 weeks out on most of their work. Every question or issue I had Henry would respond immediately either via text message or phone call. Now, I won't be returning and here is why. I want to preface the following with the fact that I work in homes installing home theater systems and televisions everyday so I know the one-on-one interaction and expectations of every client's home I step into. The installers arrived and we're able to get my materials installed rather quick however when I returned home to check the work there was dust all over my new floors and to top that off it was on all of my home theater equipment in one of the rooms that was done. I just had thousands of dollars of Home theater equipment installed in my brand new home (by me) that now I have to spend an hour or two cleaning because of all the dust that is everywhere including high-end speakers and projector screens. I was concerned so I reached out to Henry and when I received a phone call back with my concerns he did offer to send the crew back the next day to clean up but when I said don't worry about it I'll clean it myself I'm just very frustrated with the situation I was given have you read the terms and conditions? Now I've been in customer service almost my entire life and you don't respond to an upset client with "have you read the terms and conditions"! At that point I was very angry and every positive experience I had leading up to it went straight down the tube. Given a response of pulling up old carpet and installing new flooring is a messy job as an excuse when I drill and cut holes in drywall all day long and I never leave a house a mess is not a good enough reason to leave my house in the condition it was left in. Spending as much as I did on having these floors installed I should not have been left with a mess I have to clean up after the fact and then be told they don't clean up, they only install, (exact quote) because of this simple fact I will not be returning to seaside flooring for my future flooring needs.Update:I had an issue with a transition from the hallway and one of the bathrooms. Informed the owner of the issue and he came out himself to fix the problem. Upgrading my rating from 3 to 4 stars because of the prompt follow up to my issue.

We had a phenomenal experience with Seaside Flooring from start to finish. Henry helped us each step of the way from picking out flooring to scheduling promptly. Once we picked out our flooring we were able to install within the week. The installers came and took out carpet and laminate flooring and then installed engineered hardwood for our entire first floor in the same day! The floors came out beautifully and at the end of the day there was not even a trace that they had been there, aside from our new gorgeous flooring. Henry was easy to text and communicate with for any questions. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs flooring.

Wish we had known about Seaside Flooring a year ago when we redid the majority of the flooring in our home - we were new to the area & went with a recommendation for another outfit that has what we now know is an outdated reputation.Initial contact with Henry, site visit & estimate all happened in less than 24 hours. Work was completed within a week and took about half a day. Installers were excellent in every way: professional and polite, able to offer guidance and provide solutions, and of course everything was cleaned up when they departed. I had Henry come down to Southport to give me a quote on pulling some carpet out of two bedrooms and replacing it with hardwoods. He came out, gave me an estimate lower than what I was expecting. I told him that we could get started whenever he was ready. He had two guys come down the next morning and started on the floors, and they were finished the following day. So, from quote to completion was literally 3 days, truly amazing!!! Not only were they quick, but the new floors look great!! So much better than the carpet that was in the rooms before. We hired Seaside Flooring to replace ~2k SQFT of carpeting and refinish indoor and outdoor hardwood equal to another ~2k SQFT. We were super impressed that after we approved the quote we had people here within 15 minutes ready to rip the old carpet out. We were working against a deadline, and they were super organized between crews to ensure we would finish on time.The carpet install was fast and it looked great in all rooms. The hardwood also was handled with care and detail and we are super happy with the result. We were super impressed that they found a near perfect match of the stain we had on the patio originally rhat we loved. Our only complaint about the whole project was that we wished there was a bit more communication about when crews would be arriving and departing so we could ensure we were there.All in all - super happy with the experience and the results. Highly recommend! I researched flooring companies for 2 years and Seaside Flooring consistently rated 5 stars. I contacted for estimate. Henry arrived at appointed time, I received estimate within 24 hours, scheduled the work to remove carpet and install waterproof, pet proof flooring throughout whole house. Staff arrived as scheduled. These men were very courteous and professional. The flooring was completed in 2 & 1/2 days. It is refreshing in this day and age to have people say what they do and do what they say!I will be a repeat customer should I find further need!

Henry, at Seaside Flooring was awesome. My husband and I were only in town a few days to get our house revamped to get on the market quickly. Henry gave us a quick and reasonable quote. We could not be present for any of the process since we had to return to our home and jobs in Ohio . We trusted him to remove old carpet and install new carpet without us there. Henry sent us pictures and updates and communicated well. He also gave us the name of a trusted painter who came in and painted. Henry and his crew turned our recently purchased house into a home. Seaside was flexible and really took the time to explain our flooring options. We ended up choosing a Luxury Vinyl Plank floor that is waterproof and will last a lifetime. We had the entire home covered with this material and it is absolutely beautiful. Get in touch with Henry (Owner) to come do an estimate to install carpet for our office building. He came out that afternoon to do the estimate and had the carpet installed the next week. Excellent work, reasonably priced. We had a great experience with Henry's company. He's easy to work with, and did everything he could to meet our requests. We used "Carolina Home" 'Oak Tawny' wood flooring, with "TrafficMASTER" underneath in five rooms. It's the best looking thing in the house. His price was $1500 less than Home Depot.
